Baristart has become an international cafe these days. Thankfully, a lot of people all around the world comes and enjoys our coffee everyday. And also, we are opening our first shop in Singapore next month! This is so great!!!
Today,I’m gonna talk about “Baristart latte”. Did you think that it looks same as normal latte, how different?
Our latte is not ordinary latte. The big difference rather than another cafe is MILK. We normally prepare 3 different types of milk which are deriverd directly from our contracted farmers all around Hokkaido. You can choose your own milk! How interesting, isn’t it?
Our head barista Mr. Takeuchi visits farmers around Hokkaido by himself, and has learned about cows and producers’ thoughts then selects the best milk for our latte. Same milk but each the taste of milk are completely different depends on the farms!
